Parachute xChute 1500

xChute 1500 is a parachute designed for heavy payload recovery applications. With a 1.25 m2 surface area, it is suitable for the recovery of many HPR rockets, providing a stable descent with minimal horizontal drift in both calm and gusty wind conditions, thanks to its 150 cm cross-shaped canopy.

Like all LMR Technology parachutes, the xChute 1500 is manufactured from high-strength ripstop nylon and features braided polyester suspension lines. It is entirely manufactured in Italy using laser cutting technologies, ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy and reducing the risk of edge ripping. The design includes rounded corners for increased mechanical strength and an “across-the-canopy” suspension line layout, which helps prevent tangling and simplifies packing operations.
