Standard Rail Guides

Delrin rail guides for standard 6 mm rails, with an aerodynamic profile. They are attached to the model with an M4 countersunk screw.

Lower aerodynamic drag

This new version of our launch rails features fixing screws with a countersunk (conical) head that completely recesses into the guide itself. This ensures the screw head doesn't protrude, offering lower aerodynamic drag and a better appearance. Furthermore, the screw head doesn't risk rubbing inside the track groove.

The supplied screws (M4 x 16) are AISI A2 stainless steel to prevent rust. They can be screwed into a T-nut inside the rocket fuselage, or simply screwed into the tube, taking care not to overtighten and securing the thread with a drop of cyanoacrylate glue.
