The Estes LEO Space Train is a fictional rocket model that represents a possible space plane capable of carrying a booster which in turn is launched into a low earth orbit (LEO) where it releases a satellite.

All this, however, only in the imagination of the Estes designers, because this kit definitely remains in the atmosphere and its booster is purely decorative.

The LEO Space Train is a very pleasant model to build and not at all trivial. It contains many parts to finish and assemble, both in wood and plastic, and requires good building skills. It is certainly not a model for construction beginners nor for very young modelers.

The kit contains interesting details such as plastic engine nozzles, wing panels, various details to be made with the strips and wooden parts provided, a rich set of decals and much more. The instructions are as always very detailed and impeccably illustrated.

The Estes LEO Space Train flies with a C6-3 engine, and gently returns to the ground with its included 45cm parachute.
