Body tubes, bigger kits and anything over 2-3 kilos must be shipped as international package, at a higher cost. The actual cost depends on weight and destination and it will be automatically calculated and displayed on your order, and added to your total.

Due to the large number of different possibilities and destinations, and the frequent costs updates, we cannot list all the shipping costs here but we can give you an idea:
Shipments to European countries costs between 18,00 to 32,00 euros (up to 5 kg), depending on destination. Shipments to the USA and Japan are about 20,00 to 35,00 Euros for the same weight, while to Australia and Oceania the cost is about 25,00 to 50,00 Euros.

Delivery times
Delivery times varies depending on the shipping service used and the destination. Small packages takes about 7 days for any European destination, about 10 days outside Europe. Bigger packages takes about 4-5 days to West Europe, some days more to East Europe. The delivery time for Countries outside Europe is about 10-20 days depending on distance. We use Parcel Air Mail for these shipments, to keep the costs as low as possible.

Risk of loss
All items purchased from SierraFoxHobbies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Refunds (D.lgs. n. 185 of 22-05-1999)
The purchases made on this site are regulated by the Italian law on mail order sales. If you have mistaken your order and you have received an article different from the one you need (or if the article has real manufacturing defects) you have 10 days of time from the date of delivery to practice the right of recess or the possibility to return the product. We believe that this time is too short, therefore we will accept without hesitation an item returned in reasonable times (no, six months are not a reasonable time) and in perfect conditions, refunding the whole amount of it (except the expenses of packing and delivery, as stated by the Italian law, and the fees charged to us in case of payments by credit card). Shipping costs for the restitution have to be paid by you and you will have to attach the receipt of purchase.
Due to its nature, downloadable software is not returnable and not refundable.
